After receiving a bachelor’s degree in fashion at the University of art and Design Linz (AT), Muller studied Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna (AT) as well as at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Istanbul (TR). She lives and works as an independent artist in Vienna. Muller incorporates artisanal crafts into her artwork, learning a range of creative techniques and testing the boundaries of craftsmanship. Her fabric sculptures are often inspired by traditional handwork, a field predominantly considered the domain of women. Her works have been presented, for instance at MAK, Museum of Applied Arts Vienna (2023/24), the Künstlerhaus Vienna (2022/23), the Kunstverein Eisenstadt (2021/22), the Universitätsgalerie Heiligenkreuzerhof in Vienna (2020), the viennacontemporary/VfmK (2019), the Austrian Cultural Forum London (2019), the Parallel Vienna (2019) and the Galerie der Stadt Schwaz (2016). She often works collaboratively (Bar du Bois, 2013-2016/2022) and organizes exhibitions and performative (food)-happenings (Cantabile Furioso, 2019; XACTO3, 2018; PARATOKS, 2024). Since 2019 Muller has been a performer with the choreographer and dancer Doris Uhlich (AT).
