Joy runs through my soul and colours through my veins. My name is Manuela and I welcome you to my colourful little corner. You will find this to be the home of some quirky creatures, whimsical illustrations and frankly a lot of underwater themed stuff probably with a touch of streetart. I was born and raised next to pristine rivers, forests, and mountains of the Austrian alps and even though I enjoy the city life of Vienna, the untamed wilderness of nature is what will always resonate the deepest within me. The most connected and calm I feel during a summer thunderstorm... ...or submerged under the surface of the ocean. As a passionate diver one of my deepest wishes is to be able to use my art to help protect our oceans. That's where a lot of my inspiration lives in the form of the most hilarious and weirdest shaped animals on this planet. In German "bunt" (buntmanu) relates to "colourful", "versatile" and "multifaceted". I chose this name to represent the playfulness and curiosity with which I express myself with the medium of art.
