.I first got into painting in 2000, inspired by a dear friend. I had also been thinking for some time about what I would do after I retired and later, when I might no longer be able to move around and be so active. As the first steps were not without success, I continued with motivation. First with private teachers, but also in various courses. To this day, I prefer to paint in a group, which is more inspiring for me, with friends I've already grown fond of, and with my husband, who chooses completely different motifs. We have also travelled to Calabria and Greece, painting motifs on location is always a challenge for me. I usually find my motifs on holiday and then work on them at home.
