I was born in Pernitz (Lower Austria) in 1961 and have lived in Vienna since 1980. Until December 2018, I worked in the securities department of a bank, after which I accepted an offer from the company. I started painting during lockdown in mid-November 2020 and I’m really enjoying it – I love bringing pictures to life with a brush and capturing landscapes, moods, animals and nudes on canvas or card. I had painted a few pictures in the past, but since the birth of my daughter in 1992 I’ve had hardly any time for it, as I was also very committed to my career. During that time, I devoted myself mainly to my daughter and my career. I have already attended the following courses: Workshop with Walter Kupferschmidt in Deutsch Wagram in August 2021 Free painting with Claudia Heiden in Korneuburg in June 2021 + March 2022 Zakynthos Summer Academy in September 2021 Adult Education Centre (VHS) course in abstract acrylic painting and life drawing and painting with a model
