My interest in artistic design began in my childhood and adolescence. During my professional career as an elementary school teacher, I was self-taught in various techniques. In recent years I have intensified my development by taking part in workshops with various artists, such as Siegfried Santoni and Angelika Domenig. I attended the modules for the Masterclass with Angelika Domenig. The paintings arise from my thoughts, sometimes by chance. They take more and more shape in my emotional and imaginative world. I shape them by using special techniques of abstract realism. Certain elements are only hinted at, thus individual interpretations are possible and desired. I vary the colours in order to express different moods. For me, the finished picture is the expression of an inner dialogue. On www.bilder-malen.at you can see more of my paintings.
