Born into a multicultural environment, Yael Teitler now lives and works in Switzerland. Her artistic practice is characterised by an uncompromising commitment to intuition, materiality and colour.
Through a free, gestural process, she creates works of extraordinary presence, in which floral motifs, abstract structures and vibrant layers of colour coalesce into a distinctive visual language. Her compositions oscillate between spontaneity and control, between energy and quiet balance.
Teitler’s works are characterised by a luminous intensity and a subtle sensuality that immediately captivate the viewer. Each piece is a unique statement – imbued with emotion, depth and a confident lightness.
